How to play
Tap a square to open it. A number tells you how many of the eight squares around it hide a mine, and a blank square opens its neighbours automatically. Your first tap is always safe.
Put a flag on any square you suspect: turn on “Flag”, press and hold the square, or right-click it. Tap a number that already has enough flags beside it to open its remaining neighbours in one go.
The round ends once every square without a mine is open. The counter shows the mines still unmarked, after your flags are taken off.
Tips
Begin at the corners and edges of the open area: a 1 with a single hidden square beside it tells you what that square is.
On a keyboard, move around the board with the arrow keys, open a square with Enter and flag it with F.
